1. Our Commitment
Buzzix, Inc is committed to a zero-tolerance approach to spam and unsolicited messaging. Buzzix is a consent-based, one-to-one client communication platform. All messages sent through our platform must comply with applicable anti-spam laws, including the CAN-SPAM Act and the GDPR where applicable.
2. Required Practices
Users must adhere to the following practices:
- Confirmed opt-in: New contacts must confirm their consent before receiving messages, typically through a double opt-in process.
- Unsubscribe: Every message must include a clear, functional unsubscribe or opt-out mechanism that is honored without delay.
- Sender identification: Messages must include accurate sender identity, a valid reply address, and a physical address where required by law.
- Consent record: Users must be able to demonstrate the source and date of consent for each contact.
3. Prohibited Use
Users may not use Buzzix to send:
- Unsolicited commercial messages or spam.
- Messages to imported, purchased, harvested, scraped, or rented contact lists.
- Messages with false or misleading headers, subject lines, or sender information.
- Promotional mass communications or update messages.
4. Monitoring & Enforcement
We monitor delivery metrics, spam complaints, bounce rates, and unsubscribe rates. Accounts that exceed a spam-complaint threshold of 0.3% or that violate this policy may be suspended or terminated without refund. We cooperate with abuse reports and relevant authorities.
