Buzzix provides a client communication and customer relationship management (CRM) SaaS platform. The service is designed for one-to-one, consent-based transactional messaging such as appointment confirmations, invoices and receipts, account notifications, and personal follow-ups with existing clients. Buzzix is not an client communication, batch-messaging, update, or lead-generation platform.

4. Acceptable Use

By using our services, you agree:

To provide accurate and truthful information.
To only message individuals who have given explicit consent or with whom you have an existing business relationship.
To use confirmed opt-in (double opt-in) where required and to honor unsubscribe requests immediately.
Not to import, purchase, harvest, scrape, or rent contact lists.
Not to send spam, unsolicited commercial messages, promotional mass communications, or deceptive content.
Not to use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
To include accurate sender identification and a valid reply address in every message.

5. Prohibited Content and Practices

You may not use Buzzix to send messages that are false, misleading, harassing, defamatory, discriminatory, illegal, or that promote harmful activities. You may not attempt to disrupt or interfere with the platform's functionality.

6. Account & Access

Some features require account creation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities conducted under your account.

7. Enforcement

Violation of these Terms, including unacceptable messaging practices, may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund. We monitor spam-complaint rates and may suspend accounts exceeding a 0.3% complaint threshold.

8. Payments & Refunds

Buzzix is offered as a monthly subscription service. Payments are processed at checkout. Cancellation stops future billing; the current billing period remains active. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

Buzzix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
